Domestic via Australia Post (Parcel Post):

All orders will be processed within 24-48 hours and dispatched the following business day, excluding weekends and public holidays.

All Australian orders are sent Australia Post (Parcel Post) and may take 3-6 business days to deliver dependent on your location.

Please ensure your delivery address is accurate, as we cannot be held responsible for a delayed parcel due to incorrect entry of details.

International Shipping via Australia Post International (Standard):

Orders will be processed within 3 business days and dispatched the following business day, excluding weekends and public holidays.

International orders are shipped through Australia Post International (Standard) with an estimated delivery time of 15-25 business days. Out of range and/or regional or remote areas/countries may not be supported by our shipping providers. If your selected shipping destination is in an area that is not supported, we will contact you to discuss delivery options. Australia Post International (Standard) delivery is automatically labelled as 'Authority to Leave', which means it doesn't require a signature.

Please ensure your delivery address is accurate, as we cannot be held responsible for a delayed parcel due to incorrect entry of details. Consider the circumstances of your delivery address to ensure you will be present on delivery. Please be advised that any customs taxes and duties will be at the customer’s expense and any refused shipments will be refunded minus these charges at our discretion.
